Recruitment

Aspen Hamilton's workforce is the key to our success - an essential factor in maintaining the high standards of care we demand of ourselves and which our clients have come to expect. We aim to enhance our team by recruiting skilled and experienced people at all levels of our organisation.

Carers:

We are currently recruiting experienced carers to join our team.

  • Full-time and part-time hours
  • Flexible working hours to suit, to include some evening/weekend work
  • Comprehensive induction and training programme provided
  • Live-in Carers

If you have relevant skills and/or qualifications, previous experience in a similar role, a caring personality and good English we would like to hear from you. Your own transport would be an advantage but is not essential.

Live-in Carers:

Live-in Care staff required to work in Southern and Central Scotland supporting our clients and helping them to live independently in their own homes.

Duties may include personal care, medication, mobility/transfers, cooking, shopping, companionship, laundry, cleaning, outings, personal and household affairs.

Candidates must have experience of providing care without direct supervision, preferably in a live-in context. Good written and spoken English, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Our carers must be caring, trustworthy, reliable, non-judgemental, compassionate, patient, fit and healthy. Car drivers preferred.

Please contact us by phone or email to request an application form.

Enhanced disclosure will be required.
